The Avtomat Kalashnikova model 1974 Noch (Kalashnikov Automatic rifle, model 1974, Night) is an assault rifle that appears in Survarium.

Background[]

Developed in the 1970s by Mikhail Kalashnikov, the AK-74 was designed as an update for the aging AK-47 rifle to use the lighter and higher velocity 5.45x39mm round. It was introduced in 1974 and became the military service rifle of most former USSR countries. The "Night" version is almost identical save for a side-rail used to mount night vision and infrared sights.

Overview[]

The AK-74N is a rare weapon only found through random drops after battles or from purchasing a premium bundle. Its statistics are almost identical to the AK-74M available from the Renaissance Army save for a slightly lower damage and greater weight, making it a good all-around assault rifle.

AK-74N '82[]

The AK-74N '82 is a unique variant only available by purchasing it from the shop for Gold1,500. It features identical base stats but also possesses +10% silver received, -10% recoil and +25% reliability bonuses. It features a spot-style camouflage pattern where the stock, handguard, magazine and pistol grip use a woodland colour scheme.
