The Fort 17 is a pistol that appears in Survarium.
Background[]
A semi-automatic pistol which was designed in 2004. It is nearly identical to the earlier Fort 12 pistol, sharing similar mechanisms and properties, but is much lighter due to a polymer frame. By 2014 it saw widespread use through law enforcement and military services in its country of origin, Ukraine.
Overview[]
The Fort 17 serves as the Renaissance Army's sidearm, accessible to survivors after attaining the second rank of "Lance Corporal". It has mostly average stats with no noticeable downsides, making it a good general purpose sidearm. Its stats are almost identical to the PM with the only differences being that it has a slightly slower rate of fire (300 to 350 RPM) but a bigger magazine capacity (12 to 8).
Recommended Upgrades[]
- +5% Damage.
Optionally
- +15% Reload Speed.
Trivia[]
- The inclusion of this weapon is likely a reference to the developers being based in Ukraine, a similarity it shares with the Fora-12 pistol in the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series.
- This weapon was originally a Scavengers weapon, before being moved to the Renaissance Army in 0.21a.
