The Pistolet-Pulemyot 91 "Kedr" (Machine Pistol, model 1991, "Cedar") is a submachine gun that will appear in Survarium.

Background

Originally prototyped in the 1970s by Yevgeny Dragunov (designer of the famous SVD rifle), the design lay dormant until the early 90s when demand for increased short-range firepower was raised by Russian police. Designed to be very simple and easy to manufacture, in 1994 it was adopted by the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD).
