The Samozaryadnyy Okhotnichiy Karabin, model 1994 (Self-loading Hunting Carbine, model 1994) is a semi-automatic carbine that appears in Survarium.

Background

Part of a series of rifles and shotguns produced since 1995 by the Molot Weapons plant, the SOK-94 is designed for both professional and amateur hunting of medium to large size game. Like all Molot products, it's based on the RPK-74's heavyweight receiver and is available in a variety of calibres and configurations.

Overview

Available at the first Renaissance Army rank, "Soldier", the SOK-94 serves as a low-tier battle rifle and alternative to the Fringe Settlers' SKS. Like all battle rifles, it features good damage and armor penetration but low magazine capacity and rate of fire. Compared to the SKS, it is both lighter and has a faster fire rate but is less accurate and deals less damage overall.
