The Tula-Tokarev, model 1933 is a pistol that appears in Survarium.

Background

Originally designed in the 1930s as a modern, semiautomatic pistol for the Soviet military to replace the aging Nagant M1895 Revolver. While it saw widespread use during World War II, it actually ended up being used alongside the M1895 and continued to do so until 1952 when it was replaced by the PM.

Overview

The TT-33 is one of the starting weapons available to new survivors, along with the Mosin carbine, Winchester Model 1894 and PPSh 41, making it very cheap to maintain and resupply. With its poor stats, it is clearly the weakest pistol, particularly in damage and accuracy. It's only notable factor is its armor penetration, which is identical to the Colt Python and superior to most other pistols, making it marginally more effective against higher armored targets.
