The Vintovka Snayperskaya Spetsialnaya Krupnokalibernaya "Vychlop" (Special Sniper Rifle, Larger-caliber, "Exhaust") is a bolt-action sniper rifle that appears in Survarium.

Background

On request of the Russian FSB, the VSSK Vychlop began development along with the ASh-12 in 2002 as a special weapon for high-risk law enforcement operations. It was intended for long range suppressed fire and to provide better penetration than the earlier VSS Vintorez. It was first shown to the public at an arms exhibition in 2005 and has seen service with Russian and Syrian special law enforcement units.

Overview

The Vychlop is a top-tier sniper rifle, available at the highest Fringe Settlers rank, "Magister". Its most notable aspects are its damage and armor penetration, which are easily the highest in Survarium, and allow it to achieve one-shot kills on even the most heavily armored opponents. To counteract this it has a very slow rate of fire, is extremely heavy and has a lengthy reload time.
